In the heart of Berlin-Charlottenburg, an extraordinary 170 m² studio awaits you – perfect for meetings, workshops, seminars, business events or creative productions. The interplay of industrial charm and stylish feel-good ambience creates an inspiring atmosphere that gives every event a special touch and leaves a lasting impression.

Space perception & flexibility

The Inclover Studio can accommodate up to 100 people (in row seating) and impresses with an impressive ceiling height of 4.5 metres – ideal for letting your thoughts fly and unleashing creative energy. Thanks to the generous 2 x 2 metre wide doors, setting up larger setups is also a breeze.

The room layout can be flexibly adapted to your event: the total area can be divided with Molton, and four mobile Styrofoam walls (1 metre x 3 metres) are also available.

A cosy lounge area with two couches and two comfortable swing chairs invites you to take a breather with a cup of tea or coffee after setting up.

Suitable for self-catering or catering

Next to the lounge area, you will find a separate kitchenette for snacks and drinks. Whether you are hosting a workshop in small groups, a seminar in plenary or a joint lunch, the variable seating allows for both banquet and seminar arrangements.

The spacious counter area is perfect for catering you bring yourself or order in. Alternatively, there are numerous cafés and shops in the immediate vicinity if you would like to cater for your guests externally. On request, we can put together a catering package tailored to your individual needs.

Central & easily accessible

The studio is located just a few steps away from Kurfürstendamm – with excellent bus, underground and suburban railway connections. As the organiser, you have your own parking space right outside the door; for guests, there is a public, inexpensive car park about 300 metres away.

There is also plenty of accommodation available in Charlottenburg. And if you need some fresh air in between events, you can take a break in the quiet courtyard.

The Hirer may withdraw from the contract free of charge up to two weeks before the agreed start of the hire period. From two weeks to exactly 48 hours before the start of the hire period, cancellation costs of 50% of the agreed hire price shall be payable. From less than exactly 48 hours before the start of the rental period but more than 24 hours before the start of the rental period, 80% of the agreed rent is payable. After the latter date, the full rent minus any expenses saved by the lessor is payable. If it is possible to rent the property to another party, the cancellation fee will be waived in accordance with the amount of rent received from the other party.
