Carretes47 es una antigua fábrica de 340m2, situada en la Planta Baja de un edificio histórico del casco antiguo de Barcelona. Restauramos la nave por completo con criterios sostenibles, recuperamos las antiguas cerchas y muros de piedra, la dotamos de mucha luz natural y construimos un jacuzzi en el patio para que lo disfrutes.

Contamos con un gran espacio diáfano divisible de 200m2 para que lo adaptes a tus necesidades. Tiene una altura de hasta 5m y medio, con una cubierta a dos aguas y lucernarios por donde entra mucha luz natural. Al fondo hay un bonito patio verde, con una strelitzia espectacular y en sus pies nuestro jacuzzi. Un oasis en el centro de Barcelona que a nadie deja indiferente.
