Mindestuen hos Restaurant Maven er et hyggeligt selskabslokale med plads til op til 50 personer. Lokalet passer til en bred vifte af arrangementer, lige fra fødselsdage, konfirmationer, bryllupper, jubilæer til alverdens andre festlige lejligheder. Der er også fin mulighed for møder, frokost og mindre seminarer. Det er kun fantasien der sætter grænser.

Der er masser af stemning og historiske vingesus hos Restaurant Maven, da vi holder til i Nikolaj Kirke og dette sætter sit præg på indretningen. Med små detaljer, gamle malerier og det mørke træværk er Mindestuen en helt særlig ramme om dit næste arrangement, fest eller selskab. Vores menu er klassisk og følger årstiden og ligger vægt på de gode råvarer.

'Maven' er det øgenavn Nikolaj Plads havde tilbage i 1800-tallet, da det var her byens slagterboder holdt til. Derfor blev pladsen kaldt 'Maven' i folkemunde. Der er ikke flere slagterboder her, men vi har holdt fast i hyggen og den uformelle stemning. Vores menu har fokus på det nordiske køkken og den friske smag.
