Our LAB 4 has a total area of 185sqm and is located on the 4th floor of MITOSIS LAB. The entire floor consists of four rooms of different sizes, all connected to each other by doors and passages that can be opened and closed. The separability of this floor means more flexibility, as meetings and workshops can also be held there in separate areas.

LAB 4 offers a lot of light from both sides due to its location and a very warm atmosphere due to its original turquoise industrial lamps and restored wooden floor.

In the largest room, which is also the entrance, there is a 6m long wooden table where up to 22 people can sit. There are also four 2m long high tables and benches, three toilets (one of them barrier-free) and an open and modern kitchen with a professional espresso machine located at the end of the kitchenette.

In the second largest room of LAB 4 there is a 4m long wooden table and a sofa corner.

The third room is about the same size as the second and can be used alone or connected to the second room. There are usually 6 single tables, which can be placed flexibly.

The fourth room is also the smallest and has a rectangular table, which is placed in the middle and is perfect for smaller meetings / meetings.

small note: if the set-up is changed, a fee of 180.00 euros will be charged; self-catering is charged with 250.00 euros per day and the rate will be waived if drinks are booked.

Additional information about cancellation policy

The booking will be confirmed after the payment of agreed deposit of 50% percent of the total amount. The deposit should
be paid within five working days of receipt of the invoice (invoice date).
Cancellation is possible at any time. The cancellation must be declared in writing. Receipt within our business hours (Monday to Saturday) is decisive. In case of cancellation up to six weeks before the booking date, the full advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to one week before the booking day, 50 percent of the advance payment will be refunded. In the event of cancellation seven days or more before the date of booking, the full amount of the advance payment will be retained. A change of booking is generally a cancellation and a new booking.
The invoice for the balance must be paid within 7 days of the end of the event.
The number of participants can be changed up to two weeks before the event. Should there be more participants, a final invoice will be issued and should there be fewer, a credit note for the catering will be issued.
