Client Cancellation:
More than 30 days before the event: Deposit is refunded minus a €150 administrative fee.
15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost is payable.
7–14 days before the event: 75% of the total event cost is payable.
6 days or less before the event: 100% of the total event cost is payable.
Venue cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Galerie Sara Lily Perez must cancel due to circumstances beyond its control, any payments made will be refunded in full. No further liability is accepted.
