Zusätzliche Informationen zur Stornierungsrichtlinie
T The booking will be confirmed after the payment of agreed deposit of 50% percent of the total amount. The deposit should
be paid within five working days of receipt of the invoice (invoice date).
Cancellation is possible at any time. The cancellation must be declared in writing. Receipt within our business hours (Monday
to Saturday) is decisive. In case of cancellation up to six weeks before the booking date, the full advance payment will be
refunded. In case of cancellation up to one week before the booking day, 50 percent of the advance payment will be
refunded. In the event of cancellation seven days or more before the date of booking, the full amount of the advance
payment will be retained. A change of booking is generally a cancellation and a new booking.
The invoice for the balance must be paid within 7 days of the end of the event.
The number of participants can be changed up to two weeks before the event. Should there be more participants, a final invoice will be issued and should there be fewer, a credit note for the catering will be issued.
