In the event that you wish to cancel or postpone a meeting you must confirm the position as soon as possible by email to
amsterdam.bookings@joinrivvia.com. Cancellations and postponements shall be effective on receipt of your confirmatory email.
The following cancellation charges shall apply:
- If cancelled within 24 hours of the booking you will be charged 100% of the booking. If cancelled within 72 hours of the booking you will be charged 50% of the booking.
- In addition to the above cancellation charges you will be liable for any expenditure which we have incurred with third parties and cannot recover.
