Guests in La Salle can immerse themselves in traditional Parisian beer culture with direct access to five signature house brews served straight from on-site conditioning tanks Blonde, Brown, White, Amber, and Red Fruit. Unpasteurized and preservative-free, these craft beers deliver unmatched freshness. To elevate your event, optional interactive experiences are available, including guided beer tastings and live brewing workshops led by hop expert Alexandre.
