Free cancellation is available up to 21 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Capacity
The hall is highly adaptable depending on the setup. It comfortably accommodates up to 35–40 people in a theater-style setup (for lectures, presentations, and acoustic concerts), up to 25 people in a circle or open setup (for workshops and meetings), and up to 15 people on mats for yoga or meditation sessions.
