Balti jaaman rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa on 2019 kevällä avattu seminaaritila, jonka lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä vanhaankaupunkiin ja Shnellin puistoon. Seminaaritila on valoisa, ilmastoitu ja modernilla teknisillä ratkaisuilla varusteltu sali, jossa on erilaisia tilanjärjestelymahdollisuuksia. Seminaaritilaan mahtuu jopa 70 henkeä teatterityylissä ja 40 henkeä luokkahuonemallissa.

Balti jaaman seminaaritila soveltuu ihanteellisesti seminaarien, neuvottelujen, tuote-esittelyjen tai koulutusten järjestämiseen. Suuren seminaaritilan vieressä sijaitsee juhlasali, johon voidaan kattaa kahvitauko- tai buffetpöytä (lisätietoja saat ottamalla yhteyttä meihin). Juhlasalissa on 12-paikkainen neuvottelupöytä, esittelytekniikka ja Wifi, joten siellä voidaan myös järjestää pienempiä kokouksia tai suuren seminaarin tai koulutuksen aikana työpajoja.
