Venue Rules & Conditions

Access to the booked premises is available 15 minutes before the reservation starts, unless otherwise agreed.

Guests may bring their own food and drinks; however, a corkage fee applies. Tableware can be rented for an additional charge. Catering can also be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Parking at the hotel is available for an additional charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. In case of violation, a penalty fee will be charged to the event organiser.

The use of confetti and open flames, including candles, is prohibited.

Any damage, malfunction or technical issue must be reported to the hotel reception immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the premises, furniture or equipment during their booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply in case of excessive soiling or damage to hotel property.

Vandalism, disruptive behaviour or failure to follow the venue rules gives the hotel the right to end the event immediately without a refund.

The person responsible for the booking is also responsible for the behaviour of all guests attending the event.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
