Available for events
Private events are available by prior arrangement, subject to existing bookings and café service. Exclusive hire, setup time and finishing times are agreed individually. Please contact us with your preferred date and time.

Additional information
We offer two flexible options for private gatherings:
SPACE-ONLY HIRE
From €90 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (€270). Includes exclusive use of the indoor space, existing furniture, Wi-Fi, our sound system, a venue representative and standard cleaning. Guests may bring their own food and drinks by prior agreement. Catering and table service are not included.
FOOD & DRINK BOOKINGS
Exclusive hire for up to 3 hours is available from a €400 minimum spend on HŪE food and drinks, with no separate venue hire fee. Menus and drink selections are agreed in advance.
Starting rates apply to selected quieter periods. Prices for other dates, longer bookings and additional services are quoted individually. Setup and pack-down must fit within the booked access period.
Prices include applicable VAT. Any additional charges are agreed before confirmation. Tell us your guest count, preferred date and budget - we’ll be happy to explore the options.
Additional information about cancellation policy
A 30% deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining balance payable 7 days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund. For cancellations 7–13 days before the event, the deposit is retained and any other payments are refunded. For cancellations fewer than 7 days before the event, 50% of the agreed booking total is retained and the remainder refunded.
One date change may be requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Any price difference will be agreed before rescheduling.

Capacity
HŪE accommodates up to 32 seated guests or 50 standing guests indoors, depending on the event layout. Our outdoor terrace offers an additional 12 seats, weather permitting. The final capacity depends on your setup, including space needed for catering, equipment or activities. We’re happy to help you find the most comfortable arrangement for your event.

Additional information about services and facilities
HŪE offers Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, furniture, tableware and an outdoor terrace. Food and drinks can be arranged for your gathering, from breakfast and brunch to sharing boards, homemade cakes, coffee, matcha and Portuguese wines.
Exclusive space-only hire is also available, with guests welcome to bring their own food and alcohol by prior arrangement. Any corkage, glassware, service or cleaning fees will be clearly agreed in advance and included in your quote.

Bringing people together: a gay community meetup at HŪE
HŪE hosted a gay community meetup in Lisbon, bringing people together for a relaxed gathering centred on conversation and getting to know one another. Thoughtful questions helped break the ice and encouraged guests to share a little more about themselves.
The idea was simple: create a welcoming setting where people could feel comfortable being themselves and meeting someone new. It reflects what we want HŪE to be - a space for connection, community and time spent together.
