Impact beach House

Impact Beach House is a hostel and retreat centre where we regularly organize Yoga, Surf, and Wellness retreats. We are excited to offer to you our Yoga and Meditation room. The room has a beautiful view of the sea of Estoril and is equipped for yoga and stretching sessions. It can host up to 10 people exercising, and more (20) standing. We offer complimentary mats and exercise materials. Our Yoga & Meditation room is clean, luminous, and ventilated. It is the perfect place to hold your own classes and retreats. We can also provide accommodation and catering to the participants to the classes you organize, in our sustainable Hostel - Impact Beach House.

Impact Beach House is dedicated to Climate Action with a special focus on Ocean Conservation and Circular Economy.All the decoration of IBH it’s second hand or upcycled. Each object has its own story and is another step forward in our sustainability journey.

Impact Beach House is located 450m from the Beach, Praia da Poça, less than 5 min walk, and it's the perfect choice for conscious travellers interested in surf, diving, trekking, rock climbing and to those who love nature and the ocean. It's also 15 min away from Cascais and a 35 min train ride from Lisbon.
