Additional information about cancellation policy
The following cancellation charges shall apply:
- If cancelled within 24 hours of the booking you will be charged 100% of the booking.
- If cancelled within 72 hours of the booking you will be charged 50% of the booking.
In addition to the above cancellation charges, you will be liable for any expenditure which we have incurred with third parties and cannot recover.

Host your next meeting in Rivvia’s Linge Meeting Room, available for half-day or full-day bookings for 10 people. This bright, modern space is filled with natural light, offering a welcoming environment with a canal-facing window. With a large smart TV and a location close to our in-house specialty café and members' lounge, you’ll have easy access to coffee, tea, and snacks. Catering options are also available to keep your team focused and energized, to place an order please email in advance (amsterdam.bookings@joinrivvia.com).
