Loulou Petit Bistro & Speakeasy

Loulou Petit Bistro is unable to accommodate reschedule requests and client acknowledges that if it cancels or otherwise essentially abandons its planned use of the Event Space (a "Cancellation") on the contracted date, this action would constitute a breach of the Client obligation to Loulou Petit Bistro & Speakeasy and Loulou Petit Bistro & Speakeasy would be harmed. The highest dollar amount in the chart (the "Chart") set forth below reasonably estimates Loulou Petit Bistro's harm for a Cancellation and, through its use of a sliding scale that reduces damages for earlier Cancellations, the Chart also reasonably estimates Loulou Petit Bistro & Speakeasy's ability to lessen its harm by reselling the Client space and functions.

Date of Decision to Cancel & Amount Responsible by Client:
-Five (5) business days or less prior to the Event, one hundred percent (100%) of the Food and Beverage Minimum and/or Menu Charges plus event fees and any applicable sales taxes
.-Eight (8) to six (6) business days prior to the Event, sixty five percent (65%) of the Food and Beverage Minimum and/or Menu Charges plus event fees and any applicable sales taxes.
-Date of signing to nine (9) business days prior to the Event, fifty percent (50%) of the Food and Beverage Minimum and/or Menu Charges plus event fees and any applicable sales taxes.
