Additional information about cancellation policy
The booking will be confirmed after the payment of agreed deposit of 50% percent of the total amount. Cancellation is possible at any time. The cancellation must be declared in writing. Receipt within our business hours (Monday to Saturday) is decisive. In case of cancellation up to four weeks before the booking date, the full advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to one week before the booking day, 50 percent of the advance payment will be refunded. In the event of cancellation seven days or more before the date of booking, the full amount of the advance payment will be retained. A change of booking is generally a cancellation and a new booking.
The invoice for the balance must be paid within 10 days of the end of the event.
