It features a large table for 12, soft seating for collaboration, and a smart TV for presentations. An additional breakout area containing 14 desks is available, making it ideal for both productive meetings and creative sessions. Catering options are also available with our exclusive catering partner, to place an order, please email in advance (amsterdam.bookings@joinrivvia.com).

Additional information about cancellation policy:

In the event that you wish to cancel or postpone a meeting you must confirm the position as soon as possible by email to amsterdam.bookings@joinrivvia.com. Cancellations and postponements shall be effective on receipt of your confirmatory email.

The following cancellation charges shall apply:
If cancelled within 24 hours of the booking you will be charged 100% of the booking.
If cancelled within 72 hours of the booking you will be charged 50% of the booking.

In addition to the above cancellation charges you will be liable for any expenditure which we have incurred with third parties and cannot recover.
