One bill will be presented with final payment due upon completion of the event. We are unable to offer separate checks. We do add a 23% gratuity to the checks prior to all discounts. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Cash. We are unable to accept corporate or personal checks as payment. Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a certificate of exemption to Tuscan Prime at the time of contract. Prices are subject to change until the event is contracted. All food and beverage, guaranteed guest counts, room charges and/or un-met minimum charges are subject to a suggested 23% gratuity*. Local sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage as well as any other applicable sales.
Additional information about cancellation policy:
If an event is cancelled less than thirty (30) days in advance of the reservation date a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the predetermined food and beverage minimum plus tax will be applied to the credit card on file. Events scheduled during the month of December must be cancelled sixty (60) days prior to the date of the reservation; otherwise a cancellation charge in the amount of 50% of the food and beverage minimum plus tax will be applied to the credit card on file. If an event is cancelled within 48 hours of the event date, 100% of the food and beverage minimum plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be given to the Special Events Coordinator in writing to ensure that cancellations are made within the proper time frame.
