Our versatile event location is centrally located on Mehringdamm in the popular district of Kreuzberg in Berlin, between Bergmannstraße and Gneisenaustraße. The vibrant urban surroundings offer excellent public transport connections as well as a wide range of options for pre- or post-event activities.
The venue spans two levels with a total area of approx. 220 sqm and is ideal for private celebrations, birthday parties, corporate events, workshops, presentations, and informal get-togethers. Multiple lounge and seating areas, a separate large loft-style bed, a mobile bar, and a DJ setup allow for flexible event concepts – from relaxed gatherings to more dynamic, event-driven formats.
Since September 2025, the venue has been operating in a pre-opening phase. Events are already possible while the space continues to evolve gradually. All construction and development work takes place exclusively outside of event hours, ensuring that events can be held without disruption. The current state offers an authentic, adaptable atmosphere with visible creative potential.

Diese vielseitige Eventlocation befindet sich in zentraler Lage am Mehringdamm im beliebten Kreuzberg in Berlin, zwischen der Bergmannstraße und der Gneisenaustraße. Die urbane Umgebung bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung sowie zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Rahmenprogramme vor oder nach der Veranstaltung.
Die Location erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen mit insgesamt ca. 220 qm und eignet sich ideal für private Feiern, Geburtstage, Firmenevents, Workshops, Präsentationen oder informelle Get-togethers. Mehrere Lounge- und Couchbereiche, eine separates, großes Hochbett, eine mobile Bar sowie ein DJ-Setup ermöglichen flexible Nutzungskonzepte – von entspannt bis eventorientiert.
Seit September 2025 befindet sich die Location in einer Pre-Opening-Phase. Veranstaltungen sind bereits möglich, während der Raum schrittweise weiterentwickelt wird. Alle baulichen Maßnahmen finden ausschließlich außerhalb der Veranstaltungszeiten statt, sodass Events ungestört durchgeführt werden können. Der aktuelle Zustand bietet einen authentischen, wandelbaren Charakter mit sichtbarem Entwicklungspotenzial.
