Folkestuen kan rumme op mod 150 siddende gæster.

Når du booker Folkestuen , sørger Metier for både maden, vinen og personalet. Metier har flere års erfaring fra både restaurantdrift og event-afvikling. Maden er altid lavet af lokale råvarer i sæson, fra små økologiske landbrug. Middagen vil typisk være en god blanding af social dining med deleretter og enkelte individuelle serveringer. Menuerne bliver lavet i samarbejde med dig, så det passer lige præcis til det enkelte arrangement.
