Finca María Ana es una típica finca rural de finales del siglo XIX. A mediados del siglo XX se llevó a cabo una remodelación que la convertiría en la casa señorial que ha llegado hasta nuestros días. La inauguración de la casa reformada se realizó en 1947.

La Finca, que cuenta con una extensión de 40.000 m2, está presidida por un antiguo caserón del S. XIX típico de la burguesía solariega alicantina y se haya gobernada por unos impresionantes jardines, con una amplia variedad de plantas, estanques y fuentes que hacen del entorno un lugar ideal para celebrar cualquier tipo de evento.

El exterior de la finca está formada por una zona ajardinada, zona de baile y una plazoleta central. Es un lugar idóneo para realizar bodas, bautizos, comuniones, presentaciones de productos, charlas o cualquier tipo de evento corporativo.

Se puede reservar junto a su salón interior y carpa.
