El cortijo-Spa “Vereda Real” es una Casa de labranza con capacidad desde 4 a 28 plazas, construida a principios del Siglo XIX, con materiales naturales (muros de piedra y vigas de madera), en una finca vallada de 10 Hectáreas, plantada de olivos, pinos, chopos y frutales. En ella vivían dos familias: el labrador de las tierras y el guarda que vigilaba los terrenos de la zona. Sus moradores se dedicaban a la agricultura (cereales en invierno y productos de huerta en verano ) y también criaban animales (gallinas, palomos, cerdos, toros, caballos, corderos).
